Return Policy

【RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS】

  • Products received with physical damage must be reported to Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd (DVPL) within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Products received with missing accessories should be reported within 2 days of the delivery date. Claims made post this period will not be honored.
  • We do not accept returns for the following items:
    All wind instruments such as Harmonicas, Flutes, Saxophones, etc.;
    • All products with the manufacturer seal. Once the seal is opened it cannot be assigned to another user, and hence Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd (DVPL) cannot accept the return unless there is a case of product malfunction.
    • Audio Interfaces, Midi Keyboards, or any other product that entails registration to be used. Once registered, the product cannot be reassigned, and hence Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd (DVPL) cannot accept the return.
    • Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers
    • Acoustic Drum Kits and Drum heads cannot be accepted under returns unless there is a case of product malfunction/product defect.
    • Products damaged due to the use of an inappropriate power supply or products that were damaged due to voltage stability issues will not be accepted as returns. Across India, and even in the four core metro areas, a high-quality voltage stabilizer and spike protector are necessary to protect all electronic gear.
    • Products that show willful damage will not be accepted as returns.
    Note*- In case Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd (DVPL) is unable to pick up your shipment due to certain unforeseen circumstances, you may have to ship the products to our facility. The logistic charges involved in these cases would be refunded back to you after the product reaches us.

【RETURN SHIPPING】

Unless you have received a damaged or defective product or a product different than the one you have ordered, you are responsible for shipping the product back to our facility near Mumbai or Delhi.

Note - We do not provide open box delivery as customer is not allowed to open the box or package Infront of delivery boy.

    【TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURN PROCESS: 】

  • Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd (DVPL) only accepts returns made within the first 7 days after delivery.
  • Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd (DVPL) won’t accept the returned item without the return form.
  • All return items must include original packaging along with the owner’s manual, warranty card and should not show any wear or abuse with the product.
  • It is mandatory to include the invoice copy along with the returning package/ item. In case you do not have the invoice copy contact Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd (DVPL) Customer Support for the invoice-related query.
  • The following items are non-returnable except for defects: opened or used sets of guitar, strings, boxes of string, ukulele, , traditional and ethnic wind instruments, harmonicas (hygiene issues), pickups that have been installed, drumheads and sticks.
  • Defective components that qualify for coverage under this warranty will be repaired after the evaluation for the product is completed.
  • The time frame for servicing any pro-audio equipment or musical instrument is not fixed. It would depend on the error/ issue with the product.
