Refund & Replacement Policy

Replacement Shipping Cost

If a customer requests a product replacement for any reason, the shipping cost to send the replacement product must be borne by the customer.
We will dispatch the replacement only after the shipping charge is paid.


Refund Conditions

Refunds are provided only in cases where:

  • A replacement is not available, OR
  • The return request is approved and eligible as per our Return Policy.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed back to the original payment method.


COD Security Deposit (Non-Refundable)

For all COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we collect a ₹200 security deposit to confirm and secure the order.
This amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.


Partial Payment for Orders Above ₹5000 (Non-Refundable)

For orders with a total value of ₹5000 or more, we collect a ₹5000 partial payment to confirm and secure the order.
This partial payment is non-refundable once the order is placed.


Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.


No Refund in the Following Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Order cancellation after processing/shipping
  • COD security deposit (₹200)
  • Partial payment for orders above ₹5000 (₹5000)
  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Missing original packaging or accessories

Cancellation Policy

1. Before Shipping

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

2. After Shipping

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
However, you may request a return after delivery, as per our Return Policy.

3. Refund Timeline

Refund for a cancelled order (if eligible) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
