All prices are listed in INR (₹).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
For COD orders, a non-refundable security deposit of ₹200 is collected.
For orders above ₹5000, we collect a partial payment of ₹5000 to confirm the order.
We use secure payment gateways. We do not store full card details.

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within our stated timelines.
Delays may occur due to courier issues, natural events, or holidays.
You must provide accurate delivery information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return window.
Orders under ₹1500 are not eligible for return; only replacement is provided for manufacturing defects.
Replacement is issued after inspection of returned or damaged items.
Replacement delivery time: 7–10 business days.
Security deposit for COD is non-refundable.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
For prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) are processed as per our refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All text, images, logos, product descriptions, and content on this website belong to Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd. Users may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any material without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:
